I need help finding a video of a guy, who was talking to the US Congress (I suppose... it may be some other thing. he was talking to politicians though).
The guy was talking about the RFID chip, and where is the best place to put it (forehead / arm). then he started USA is planning to integrate into everyone. he said something about someone trying to stop him to read the bible, and when he did, he saw the revelations which accurately predicted the location of the RFID chip.
Sorry about the vague and messy description.
